Description
Our form was designed in order to assist educational staff members in documenting the length of each behavior the student illustrates by recording the time the behavior begins and ends. This method should be used if the primary concern is the length of time the student is illustrating disruptive behaviors that have clear starts and ends. Duration recording is not recommended for use with students who exhibit problematic behaviors frequently or for those behaviors that do not have a clear beginning and end.
